About the event
YOU MUST SIGN UP for a specific time slot in order to follow current public health orders. This will ensure no crowded line ups. You do not need proof of vaccination - just proof of sign up, you can print off your ticket and bring with you - Join Mall of The Arts with Billy J Blacksmith and have some amazing creations done on your face for Haloween! Billy is a painter that resides in Cross Lake MB and is coming to Thompson to help you get ready for Halloween! He has stories about growing up and how he came to enjoy painting. This will be an exiting event for all.
