Shorty of Shorty’s Upcycling Studio (link to: https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/manitoba/former-mechanic-

rare-skin-disorder-recycling-1.4460449) makes functional art out of whatever he finds lying around. Old doors,

scrap metal, pallets, milk jugs, tin cans… anything that used to be something and could still be something else.

On May 5 th join Shorty on Zoom from 6 to 8 pm with your cloth shopping bags (Giant Tiger, Walmart etc) and

see what you might make out of the things you thought were used up. This workshop is ideal for people 18 and

older but anyone is welcome! Recommended workshop supplies include cloth shopping bags, hot glue gun,

string for sewing.
