Veronica Buda Therapeutic Art Program

During these sessions participants will use art to support healing through creative expression.  By connecting to creativity, art therapy helps us find our inner peace. We will be using techniques and materials to express and interpret feelings, transcend our emotions and transform them into something beautiful and positive, easing daily stress, and worries and supporting a sense of balance and a general state of well-being. No artistic skills are required.
